or "Why does your pharmaceutical company care about your waistline?"
The local news this morning did a long expose on the hidden carbohydrates in drugs. I thought that it was pretty silly that people would be so carb-conscious that they would watch the carbs in drugs, I mean, they must be taking a lot of drugs if they think it matters.
I was interested in this for some stupid reason, but a search on the internet didn't produce the source, neither did news searches on CNN and CBS. I finally ran across the source at Yahoo:

"…but while the increasing number of low-carb foods, beverages and restaurant menu items trumpet their carb contents, undisclosed or "hidden" carbs in products such as over-the-counter medications risk undermining the weight-loss efforts of even the most-fervent carb-counters…"
the article goes on to cite some "offending" drugs that contain high amounts of carbs… they cite Viactiv calcium chews, Metamucil fiber supplements, Nyquil, Robitussin, and Thera-Flu cold remedies.
the story goes on to cite alternate, "Low carb" versions of these drugs as "Diet Friendly Alternatives" things like Tums, Contac, and Citrucel.
Down at the bottom you find out that the story's "Source" is GlaxoSmithKline, manufacturer of many over the counter drugs, including Tums, Contac and Citrucel.
