saint_monkeyItem 1: 1st day of spring, so we got that goin for us.
Item 2: Einstein said that insanity is doing the same thing again and again, and expecting different results. I will amend this to say that Einstein clearly never made espresso with a manual La Pavoni espresso maker. I made a shot earlier this morning that was easily the worst I've made, and then made another that was one of the best, and I swear I did nothing different.
Item 3: These grater/container combos from IKEA are awesome. I've had these things for years, and never stop finding new uses for them. They've been used as graters, containers, strainers, seives, I've pressed tofu through them from the other side to have it act like a ricer, and DAMN, you get two when you buy em.
