A low pressure zone will hold a strong front of sleeping in over much of the bay area, with a few scattered pockets of "let's get up and get the day started," but by and large we see an 80% chance of flipping the pillow over to find a cool spot and ignoring the cat's complaints for food. By mid-day much of this will have blown over, but expect a few remnants of "Dammit, the day's half-over!" to remain and in a few cases, to carry into the afternoon as well.
