Where do the children play?

• Tue, 07:44: gotta go, gotta go.
• Tue, 08:13: There sure is a lot of cement. Just sayin'.
• Tue, 08:14: I mean, in my neighborhood, they put in a playground under an overpass.
• Tue, 08:15: I just think that the promise of the 60's was great, but they paved over it all anyway.
