I'm mixed on zoos. They are the only places you can see a tiger or lion eating fortified horsemeat up close, but the cages make me think that they might not be as happy as they could be there. (Just FYI: The lions and tigers DO have a small outdoor "habitat" to live in, the cages are just to keep them separate while they feed them.) On the other hand, it seems like just the perfect place for prairie dogs, who were fat dumb and happy there, living without fear of hawks or ranchers, and eating straw all day.
