life observation #1: i realize that it is the end result of all things on the earth, every temple, every home, every person, every hope, every dead dream, but it is still dirt when it gets under your nails.
life observation #2: no matter how disgusting you are, dogs still want to lick your face and smell your crotch.
life observation #3: no matter how powerful you are, no matter how important, you will still only barely register on your cat's "threshold of importance" and then only if you keep the bowl filled.
