Busted Me Wii

  • Mon, 11:36: Wii's disc drive appears to be broken.


EDIT: Nintendo's troubleshooting tips suggested a few options and then ultimately the troubleshooting tree dead-ended with the suggestion that I send it in to Nintendo for repair, and that this would be $50 to $150 to fix.

Internet forums said to try running a DVD cleaning disk in the drive. I got one for $5, ran it a few times, and it fixed the Wii right up. Thanks, internet!
